My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was only slightly improved after upgrading to the so-called executive room, providing easy access to public transport. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable, making it one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. The service was helpful, but not very friendly. The dining options were subpar, and the facilities left much to be desired.
The hotel offers a super view of the Kwai Chung container port from the rooms, which were big enough but needed additional blankets. I requested a double room but got a twin instead. It's a suitable place for resting, and the housekeeping only changed the towels and provided new toothbrushes and slippers.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for accessing the city, but the lack of nearby shopping areas and unfriendliness of the staff were drawbacks. The rooms were small and cold, with some issues like a blocked toilet in the morning. Service varied from friendly to indifferent, and the dining options were limited. The facilities were average with no standout features.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and were dirty and tired-looking, with a strong smoke smell despite being non-smoking. On the bright side, the service was extremely polite and helpful, although sometimes there was a language barrier.
The hotel lacks WiFi in the rooms, has a heavy smell of smoke, and the old rooms made it difficult to sleep well. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and even organized transportation for me, overcoming some language barriers. However, they did not compensate for inconveniences caused during the stay.
